For those expecting souls, whose dream of mouse-shaped humanoid shadow dancing in a cavern wall to the addictive beat its source produced got crushed last year, the time has come. The Arena will be the venue for one of Puerto Rico's most awaited performer. On June 5th, deadmau5 rocks the boat at San Juan's Pier 10.
Up till today, 3,000 have confirmed their presence. 3,000 more are expected to join the ranks. Visual is the keyword of the spectacle, with its LED dominated stage. The DJ set-up will be focusing on a locally made giant cube responding to deadmau5's specs, joined in by the special gadgets he will be bringing along.
Producer Billy Larsen comments that The Arena will be turned into a never before seen ambient. The open air stage promises to be breathtaking. "We have never built something like this," intimates Larsen.
The performance by the Canadian DJ/producer, will focus on deadmau5's interaction with his LED illuminated mask and cubically enclosed set-up. Local acts that will join in forces that night include: Propane, Vik, Santos, Iván Robles, Christopher Alexander, Extasis, and La Frekuencia. Doors open at 7:00 PM, 18+ ID a must.
