The VMAs were out of control; with the weird, yet interesting presentation of Lady Gagging, the jump onstage that Lil’Mama did on Jay-Z and Alicia Key’s performance and the prick act Kanye West gave. I still can’t believe how MTV doesn’t have a separate section for mentally challenged people. Scratch that, those with mental challenges at least make an attempt to be civil. Maybe they should design a room full of mirrors. That way Kanye West would feel more comfortable with his surroundings and he could sit his pimpled cheeks down and clamp his hole up.

The King of Douche Ville ruined Taylor Swift’s night by interrupting her acceptance speech for the Best Female Video award. The guy is definitely trying to build himself a bad reputation, or it was a pathetic grasp for attention. West managed to kill the tiny bit of credibility that he had left. While he interrupted the speech to say Beyoncé was the one who deserved the award, the camera focused on her face, that read: “Bitch, whatcha doin’?” That moment Twitter servers probably crashed due to all the people sending insults to K-West. This action was all the proof the world needed to appreciate that Kanye is a gianormous dick. Even the president thinks he is a jackass.

Thank God Sasha Fierce had far more principles than the master of auto-tune vocals. When she received the Best Video of the Year award she lent her time of glory so that Taylor Swift could have her moment to shine as she gave her acceptance speech.

The self-proclaimed voice of this generation should appreciate the value of silence. It’s sad to say that having him as the voice of our generation gives the impression that we are neither well educated nor aware of the issues that happen around us. The man just doesn’t know how to shut up. Silence is golden, but for him it’s the loss of a piece of spotlight.

The funny part is the way that he managed to say sorry without saying it. When he wrote the apology note on his website stating his repentance to his fans, he never actually directed the letter to Taylor Swift. An apology that states clearly that he was right when he declared that Beyoncé had the best video ever. Dude, she won best video of the year! It’s as if he said, “I apologize for being right.”

Maybe he just wanted to feel loved and accepted by Jay-Z so he can have fame by association. Maybe he’s trying to build his street cred away from the pseudo Wisteria Lane suburban life he was raised in. But all he managed to accomplish was to dump his issue-ridden ass down.
